SYNOPSIS
"The Island Club" is a drama about Jack Donahue, a forty-something reporter, who once won a Pulitzer prize, who is now so far down on the news ladder that he gets fired from the only job his alcohol problem would allow him to get, tabloid reporter.
Returning to the small island community in Georgia where he grew up, he starts on the road to recovery. He is spurred on by the discovery of inconsistencies in the facts surrounding the death of his uncle, who died while piloting a U.S. Senator back to the mainland after a meeting with the exclusive Island Club Members.
Jack finds himself unraveling a conspiracy that leads to the truth about his own family, and The Island Club's role in the formation of the Federal Reserve system. A system designed to allow the rich to control the money of the U.S. government. A system designed by members of The Island Club to insure their rich families stay that way for generations to come.
SPECIAL NOTE
This is loosely based on the actual events that created the Federal Reserve System. Which, as you may know, is privately owned, answers to no one, is never audited and continues to operate the way it was designed by the members of the real "The Island Club."
